Mobius Foundation invites quotations from reputed event management agencies for the provision of comprehensive event management services for ICSE 25 scheduled on 17th-18th September 2025 at India Habitat Centre in New Delhi.

Scope of Work:

The selected agency will be responsible for the following broad areas:

• • Online and onsite registration management
  • Microsite development
  • Graphic designing for brochures, flyers, and onsite collaterals
  • Assistance in Ministry clearances
  • AV requirement coordination
  • Hotel accommodation coordination
  • Airport facilitation and transportation
  • Marketing support
  • Conference kit preparation, and more.

Key Requirements:

• • Proven experience in successfully executing similar events.
  • Capability to handle all aspects of event management efficiently and professionally.
  • Ability to provide innovative solutions and creative inputs to enhance the event experience.
  • Compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
