Mobius Foundation invites quotations from reputed event management agencies for the provision of comprehensive event management services for ICSE 25 scheduled on 17th-18th September 2025 at India Habitat Centre in New Delhi.
Scope of Work:
The selected agency will be responsible for the following broad areas:
Online and onsite registration management
Microsite development
Graphic designing for brochures, flyers, and onsite collaterals
Assistance in Ministry clearances
AV requirement coordination
Hotel accommodation coordination
Airport facilitation and transportation
Marketing support
Conference kit preparation, and more.
